To download the Audacity main programme click here

To export the audio as a MP3’s you will need to download and install the LAME MP3 software. Details on how to do this are available on the audacity help page.

Audio Networks

The Regional Broadband Consortia have negotiated a deal with Audio Networks. This means that all schools in the Grids have access to free audio clips. The clips can be used in a range of ways and can be edited. The resource can be found at audio.lgfl.org.uk .

Free clips are only accessible from educational establishments linked to the regional broadband network.
